Funds raised to date: £2,348

I am raising funds for Sustainable Himalayan Foundation. SHF is a Nepalese charity that exists to bring positive, tangible change to communities and lives in Nepal.

Today, many people in Nepal struggle without healthcare, education, or access to any form of mental health support. Thousands of young girls live in danger of being trafficked. SHF are committed to providing victims of sex trafficking the support they need, allowing them to feel strong and confident in controlling their lives and claiming their rights.

They host anti-trafficking, and mental health workshops for women, which have been very successful and the demand has been staggering - they frequently reach capacity.

They are currently scheduling their forthcoming events, and are urgently seeking funding to ensure that this important work can continue, and that nobody who requires their help is left behind.

You can find out more about SHF at

I have self-funded the entire expedition so all money donated will go to SHF. None of it will go to paying expedition costs as these have been paid.
